How a lesson works

  1. Answer out loud

    Your tutor plays a person at work, like a customer or a manager. Tap Speak and answer.

  2. See a better way

    You see what you said and a better way to say it. Often a small hint comes first, so you can fix it yourself.

  3. Say it again

    Hear the better sentence, then say it. Boldly shows which words were clear.

Practise the talks you have at work

Help a customer, take an order, call about a bill, or answer questions in a job interview. Your tutor plays the other person.

  • Each scene gets harder as you get better.
